
This Leadperson Training course is designed to equip team leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively manage daily shop operations at Oahu Transit Services. Participants will learn about maintaining system security through password management, performing essential daily tasks and inspections, managing attendance, and issuing jobs efficiently. The course also covers conducting effective shop meetings, editing Vehicle Repair Orders (VROs), managing parts and inventory, and responding to emergencies with clarity and precision. By the end of this training, lead persons will be empowered to maintain safety, improve workflow, and support their teams effectively in a dynamic work environment.
